Shipping Policy
We at Look What Happened know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
- Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Shipping charges are applicable, on checkout.
Cash On Delivery Policy
As per the Cash on Delivery policy:
- To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
- C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of 0 and maximum of Rs. 20,000 only.
- Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
- You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
- If the product is open, do not accept the order.
No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Using Promo Codes and Coupons
- Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.
- Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
- Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
